Currently I provide all services via telehealth video platform through simple practice. I anticipate offering in person sessions in the near future.

During our phone consultation, I’ll get to know what brings you to therapy and what you’d like to work toward. I’ll also walk you through how sessions usually go and answer any questions about payment. If it feels like a good fit, we can set up your first session and create a plan that works with your schedule and supports your goals.
-
I currently do not accept insurance. However, I would be happy to provide a SuperBill which is an invoice that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement of your therapy costs. Please call your insurance provider and inquire about your “Out Of Network Benefits” to see how much of our sessions are covered.

Regular attendance is vital to our work together. Please know that I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Scheduled appointments that are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full session fee.

Online therapy provides a flexible and accessible way to get support, often fitting more seamlessly into busy schedules. Research shows it can be just as effective as in-person sessions, with the added benefit of eliminating barriers like traffic, bad weather, or childcare concerns to name a few.
If you’re wondering whether online therapy is right for you, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. It’s a chance to talk through your needs and decide together whether virtual or in-person sessions would be the best fit.
