    Providing individual therapy is a deeply fulfilling practice that allows me to support individuals in deepening their capacity for self-reflection and embracing their authentic values. I am passionate about guiding clients through their journeys of healing and growth, particularly those who have experienced trauma, shame, depression, or challenges related to ADHD. With advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I integrate these evidence-based approaches to address complex emotional and cognitive patterns effectively. Additionally, I incorporate parts work and multicultural relational therapy to honor the unique cultural backgrounds and internal dynamics of each person, fostering a therapeutic environment that is both compassionate and empowering.

    Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers a roadmap to manage intense and challenging emotions by learning and putting into practice effective skills that can help you change your response to stress.

    DBT combines mindfulness with practical skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, and improving relationships. It can be especially helpful if you sometimes feel disconnected, easily overwhelmed, or find yourself reacting impulsively when life feels intense.

    Through this small online group setting, each week you will be able to learn a new DBT skill and have the chance to practice incorporating the skill into your life.
